Shipping + Returns

Please allow 49 days after the day on which we accept your order, for the shipment of your order.

If you purchase an original painting that is on canvas or such similar material, original paintings may be removed from their stretcher frames, and rolled into a tube for delivery

As we ship the products from out of the UK, please make sure you are aware of your local taxes, tariffs, customs duties and import regulations prior to placing an order for our products. The prices listed do not include taxes, tariffs or customs duties and you shall be responsible for any such amounts.

Products that are noted “out of stock” are no longer available.

We are committed to ensure 100% satisfaction to all our customers. To that end, once you receive an original artwork, you have 14 days to decide whether or not you wish to keep the artwork or return it for a refund.

Products may vary slightly from their pictures: The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because some of our products are handmade, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated for those products on our website have a 10% tolerance.

Product packaging may vary: The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control: If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Returning products after ending the contract: If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You must either return the goods in person to where you bought them, post them back to us at Sara Kabariti Ltd., Unit 27, 264 Lavender Hill, Clapham Junction, SW11 1LJ, United Kingdom, or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you.

If you are exercising your right to change your mind: you must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract. The products must be repackaged in the same way as when delivered. Please email us at hello@sarakabariti.com for a return label or to arrange collection.
